For an Amazon order
Open the order in your Amazon account and use the return or replace flow shown for that item. If the self-service option does not answer the problem, contact Amazon Customer Service or the marketplace seller listed on the order.
Keep packaging and try footwear on a clean indoor surface until fit is confirmed. Golf shoes that show outdoor wear may be treated differently under a seller’s return rules.
